Healing is a process of remembrance, a quiet return to your deeper self with clarity, compassion, and courage. It is not one size fits all, but something shaped by your being and the way you move through the world. A path that forms from within, through care, curiosity, and attention. All of you is welcome here, into a gentle unfolding of what has always been present.
My intention is to meet you as you are, supporting you through what is arising with steadiness and openness.
This is a space where you can be seen, heard, and respected, without pressure to be or feel in any particular way. I draw from a range of approaches, shaped by what feels most needed in the moment, allowing the work to stay flexible and responsive to your lived experience.
There is a clear and contained therapeutic space, held with respect and attunement. Within this, we move at your pace, allowing sensations, patterns, and experiences to be met as they are. What arises is met with care, making room for something real to unfold over time.
With experience across therapy, coaching, and body centered practices, I support people through trauma, relationship challenges, sexuality, nervous system regulation, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I also work with individuals and couples, offering space for reflection, understanding, and reconnection.
"Healing is not about becoming a new person, but allowing the truth of who you are to emerge."— Unknown
Inõn was born and raised in South Africa, a land that continues to live within her through its vastness, intensity, and untamed beauty. Growing up in a landscape that was both powerful and unpredictable shaped the way she meets life, cultivating a deep connection with nature, humility, and what is real.
From an early age, she was drawn toward deeper questions and ways of experiencing life beyond the surface. This curiosity became a lifelong path of learning and lived experience, shaped by devotion, uncertainty, and a willingness to not know.
A central thread of her life has been her relationship with plants. For over two decades, she has been walking with plant medicine through direct experience and relationship. What began as a connection with the natural world became a path of listening, respect, and being taught over time.
She spent extended periods in Peru in apprenticeship within plant traditions held by the jungles and the people who have worked with these medicines for generations. This path has been one of humility and reverence, where knowledge arises through relationship rather than accumulation.
Her path has also been shaped by Tantra and embodied experiences of the divine. For her, the divine is not fixed or fully knowable, but something revealed through the body, presence, and the unfolding of life.
This longing to touch something true has remained a quiet thread throughout her life, a movement toward what is alive and beyond what words can hold.
Her training in Somatic Experiencing deepened her understanding of the nervous system and the body’s capacity for healing. This continues to inform her work, where change unfolds through presence, pacing, and attunement rather than force.
Like anyone, she has moved through challenge, transition, and disconnection. These experiences have shaped her capacity to meet others with steadiness, presence, and care.
There are parts of life that cannot be explained, only felt. This understanding lives at the heart of her work.
