This is a return to radical intimacy with life, where nothing in you is a mistake or beyond loving. This path does not ask you to become better but to become real. It embraces all of life, both creation and destruction, pleasure and discomfort, longing and loss, aliveness and stillness as a whole.
Here, nothing in you needs to be excluded. Not your tenderness, not your shame or messy self, not your hunger or excitement, not your fear or intensity. Even what feels difficult is welcomed into awareness, and the body and nervous system are honoured as intelligent.
Wholeness is not something to achieve. It is what remains when you meet yourself beneath conditioning and pressure, as you are.
Tantra is an ancient spiritual path rooted in Indian traditions that explores the relationship between body, consciousness, energy, and the sacred. The word Tantra is often understood as meaning to weave or expand, reflecting a path that brings together the many layers of human experience rather than separating the spiritual from the human. Tantra invites us into a deeper relationship with ourselves through awareness, presence, breath, the body, emotions, desire, and the energies that move through us. Rather than rejecting parts of our experience, Tantra recognises that all aspects of being human can become pathways for transformation, awakening, and a deeper connection to life.
Tantra has become widely associated with sexuality and intimacy in modern Western culture, partly due to certain Tantric traditions that explored sexual energy, union, and the relationship between masculine and feminine principles. However, sexuality is one expression within the wider Tantric path and is not the foundation of Tantra itself.
In this work, Tantra is not approached as only a sexual practice, but as a way of awakening through the fullness of human experience. It is an exploration of the energies that move through us, our emotions and desires, the patterns that shape our unconscious, and the way we meet life through intimacy, relationship, and work, alongside the quieter, often unspoken parts of ourselves that influence how we experience the world.
Tantra becomes a doorway into greater awareness, allowing all that arises within us to be met with presence, curiosity, and reverence.
“Nothing is outside the temple — even heartbreak can become sacred ground for transformation.”
The original fracture that initiates the soul’s awakening; where pain meets purpose and opens the portal to freedom and liberation.
The hidden contracts in the archetypal shadows and the release from contracts of repetition.
The primal, divine current of desire—creative, erotic, wild—and its sacred role in awakening and integration.
Navigating the dance of attraction and aversion as a mirror of the soul’s longing and fear of union; transmuting shame into sovereignty.
The union to the sacred.
Facing shadow and polarity not as problems to fix but as sacred tensions to integrate and embody; the tantric embrace of all that is.
Honoring anger as holy fire—clarifying, protective, and catalytic; rage as a sacred ally in the return to truth and integrity.
Embracing raw humanness as divine; undoing spiritual perfectionism in favor of embodied, vulnerable truth.
Initiatory moments where identity collapses; gateways to soul retrieval, transformation, and remembrance of origin.
Unweaving the inherited systems of control, domination, and disembodiment; returning to radical presence and relational wholeness.
Reclaiming the sacred feminine in all her forms for both men and women—chaotic, nurturing, fierce, erotic—and restoring her voice in the body, psyche, and collective.
Exploring the hidden, shameful, and transgressive aspects of desire with presence, awareness, and the courage to meet what has been suppressed.
My deepest calling is to be present with you where life begins to unravel where something in you can no longer continue as it has and where old identities begin to fall away as deeper truths surface.
These moments can feel like chaos yet they often carry a deeper force of renewal drawing you toward what has been hidden unmet or unintegrated. Old contracts and patterns held in the body nervous system and relational field begin to loosen.
In this space there is room for the nervous system to tremble for grief and rage to move and for the ache of what was never yours to carry. Within that something quieter begins to emerge the part of you that remembers what was here before conditioning and abandonment. This is the truth of you under it all.
Maybe your life looks right on the outside but something in you feels stuck.
The Goddess is not something outside of you or above you. It lives as the living force within you, the current of creation, destruction, renewal, and devotion that moves through your body daily. It is in your longing, your desire, your ache, your fire.
In many traditions, this aspect of the divine has been suppressed, controlled, or reduced throughout history. This work is a reclamation of what has been silenced.
For women, this often means reclaiming parts of themselves that have been controlled, softened, or made to fit into narrow expressions of femininity. It is a return to instinct, truth, and embodied power.
For men, this work can open a deeper connection to feeling, devotion, and inner sensitivity. It invites a softening of rigid structures and a reconnection to the heart and the body.
To meet her is to meet the full spectrum of yourself. The raw, the tender, the chaotic, and the sacred. This work approaches this energy not as an idea, but as something living in you.
Awakening often does not arrive in stillness, but at times through desire, attraction, and relationship. People meet someone who mirrors them, and something between them begins to move in a powerful and often undeniable way. This can open a process of awakening or deep inner shift, where old patterns, wounds, and truths begin to surface and unravel.
These experiences can feel magnetic, consuming, and at times overwhelming or even terrifying. Yet there is often a strong inner force that keeps you within it, as if something deeper is asking to be seen, felt, and lived.
In this work, there is no judgment of what arises. Desire, attachment, patterning, fantasy, and relational intensity are met with awareness and integrity rather than shame or suppression. Eros is not something to overcome, but something to remain present within, so it can become a pathway rather than unconscious repetition.
Desire becomes a doorway inward, not only as longing for another, but as a force that reveals shadow, the unclaimed, sacred sexuality, and the unseen parts of yourself. Sacred wounding becomes a portal, relational challenge becomes invitation, and even tension between light and shadow points toward wholeness.
Eros is the force that brings you back to life.

This work is for those who feel the call to meet themselves more deeply. It is for people:
No prior experience with Tantra or other practices is required. The work meets you where you are, with practices guided by care, consent, and attention to your pace. Your nervous system leads the process.
These practices are for those working with the female body and its energetic and physical landscape. Even if certain organs such as ovaries or breasts have been removed, the work can still be done by connecting with the energetic imprint of what was there.
We usually begin with self massage practices. You may be nude or wear something such as a poncho or wrap for comfort. I may be lightly dressed or more covered depending on comfort and temperature, as this can change with the seasons.
For jade egg practice, we begin without the egg. Learning to connect with and engage the internal muscles is the foundation. Once you are familiar with this, an egg can be introduced.
You will receive guidance around this practice and will need to purchase your own jade egg. Please speak with me before doing so.
During these sessions, you are welcome to be nude or wear a skirt, both are completely fine. I will usually guide the practice alongside you and often wear a skirt myself.
Dearmouring sessions are a guided process that works with the body, breath, and stored emotional or physical tension.
They may include specific breathing techniques combined with music, touch, sound, and other supportive elements. At times, massage may be applied where appropriate.
This work can be deep and opening, so it is important that we discuss it beforehand. I generally recommend having a contact session first, unless you already have experience with trance breathing or similar practices.
Each session is tailored specifically to you, your system, and where you are at. The space is created in response to your needs, allowing the process to unfold in a supported and intentional way.
In most cases, genital de-armouring is meditative and may be done by yourself, sometimes over clothing. In rare situations, it may be offered with minimal clothing or just a cloth.
This work uses mapping, gentle pressure, or holding, combined with a setup designed specifically for you.
If you have experienced negative sexual experiences, this can be highly supportive. However, if you have a history of deep sexual trauma, I recommend first doing somatic experiencing or other trauma-focused work to ensure you have the capacity and resources to stay safe.
The main risks are overwhelm, re-traumatization, or dissociation if the work is attempted before you are ready. Please approach this practice with mindfulness, care, and respect for your own body and boundaries.
Sexuality is honoured as a natural and essential part of being human. It is included as part of the whole of who you are, but no sex or sexual services are offered.
This is not performance based or goal oriented. There is no expectation of outcome.
Desire and eros are explored as living energies that support awareness, integration, and aliveness, always within clear consent and pacing.
If you are in a relationship, I ask for honesty and integrity. This work is not intended to be hidden or used to bypass your relationship.
If it supports deeper communication or awareness within your relationship, that is welcome. Some clients also explore this work together with partners.
If your partner is not involved, the work is still about alignment with yourself, not escape or avoidance.
Yes. Many people come to this work in the middle of a powerful or deeply activating connection.
You may feel a strong, magnetic pull toward someone. This can stir desire, emotion, and old patterns held in the body. It can feel expansive, confusing, or overwhelming, bringing both connection and disruption.
Rather than suppressing this, we meet it with awareness. Desire becomes a doorway into what is being activated within you.
Together, we slow things down and stay present with your experience, allowing unconscious patterns to come into awareness and begin to integrate.
The focus is not on the other person, but on what is awakening in you, so the experience becomes a path of transformation rather than repetition.
Yes, I do. Sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes and are designed to support couples in moving closer, deeper, and more consciously into relationship. In these sessions we explore intimacy practices, different ways of connecting physically and emotionally, and simple tools couples can bring into their daily lives to keep their relationship alive, connected, and evolving.
This includes making intentional time for each other, learning how to slow down together, bringing their sexuality alive in a conscious way, and having fun together again. It’s about rediscovering closeness, play, and aliveness in the relationship, while also building trust, safety, and deeper connection over time. Alongside this, there is space for honest and authentic communication around fears, vulnerability, disappointments, and the parts of ourselves that often stay unspoken.
I do not offer what most people consider tantric sexual massage. My work is sensual and body-based, guided by presence, attunement, and clear consent in touch, massage and sensuality.
I do not include genital touch or orgasm-focused practices. While arousal or energetic responses may arise naturally, they are welcomed without judgment but are not the intention of the session.
This work is centered on awareness, embodiment, and developing a conscious relationship with your body and desire.
For more intimate or body-based sessions, please arrive clean and freshly washed. This helps maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable space for both of us, and supports the work fully.
You may also want to dress comfortably and bring anything you need for personal comfort (towel, water, or covering).
This is not a sexual massage. My work is rooted in presence, awareness, and authentic connection rather than sexual gratification. It is an exploration of presence, sensation, and embodied awareness.
The first session is usually one hour and is focused on meeting, exploring resonance, and sensing whether this work feels aligned for you. We speak about what you are moving through, your desires, boundaries, and what is drawing you toward the work, while also creating awareness around consent, safety, and your emotional landscape. Together we explore where you may feel disconnected, blocked, or ready for deeper aliveness, and what kind of support or practices may best serve your process moving forward.
If I feel that what I offer can genuinely be of assistance, we may move into deeper sessions involving massage, juicy elements and touch.
These sessions are created intentionally and may include ritual, symbolic elements, touch, and forms of guided exploration.
This work is an offering. Sessions are held more like a ritual than a service, an intentional space that may include music, objects, symbols, and atmosphere designed to touch something deeper within you.
The aim is to meet the ember of your being, not to create performance or outcome.
It is not about ejaculation or release, but about cultivating intimacy within yourself and accessing a deeper inner space.
No. I do not offer this work simply because it is requested.
I need to feel that it is right for me to give it and that it will genuinely serve you.
Sensual work is not offered upfront. It usually arises naturally once we are already working together and a deeper trust or desire emerges organically.
At times, yes. Within a conscious and consent based space, sessions may explore surrender, submission, polarity, sensual play, and power dynamics when it feels aligned for the individual. The work is grounded in communication, trust, safety, and nervous system awareness.
Clients may be nude with a towel covering for comfort and ease at the start. I am always fully clothed. Sessions are about your experience, not me. Nudity is welcomed to support embodiment and presence. No touching of me is part of the session, and there are no demands placed on me during this process. Comfort and clear communication are prioritised, and we can discuss boundaries upfront.
Transference can naturally arise in intimate, embodied work. Feelings or attachments may appear toward me, the process, or the energy being explored.
Everything is a mirror for you.
Sharing in words is optional. Sessions usually begin with a tender check-in and end with a reflection and opening from the experience. You are never required to speak, especially while still coming out of an experience.
Some moments may not be ready for words, and this is fully respected. Sharing happens when you feel grounded and back in yourself, if and when it feels right. Verbal reflection can help bridge shame, avoidance, or fear, while also creating intimacy and clarity around what is arising. It supports deeper integration and insight, particularly if further sessions are planned.
Time is built into sessions to allow for this integration, and space alone afterward is recommended for reflection.
Some men, in particular, are used to keeping experiences internal and may find sharing difficult. Gentle encouragement is offered to connect to the experience and explore how to express it safely.
This is not about forcing disclosure, but about learning to share from the heart with another, helping to soften emotional avoidance and strengthen emotional presence. Over time, this can enhance intimacy, self-awareness, and the ability to engage with both the work and relationships outside of the session.
After longer or deeper sessions, including sensual, de-armouring, or men’s and women’s work, your system may continue processing beyond the session. You may feel open, sensitive, or inward as emotional and energetic material integrates.
It is important to give yourself space afterward. If possible, avoid scheduling meetings, social events, or demanding activities directly after your session.
Simple support can include rest, a bath or shower, nourishing food, hydration, journaling, or quiet time.
This is a time to tend to yourself gently. The way you meet yourself after the session is part of the work.
It depends. Small or brief trauma sessions may allow safe exploration. For long-term clients who have developed reliance on somatic or trauma work, I generally cannot hold the same container for Tantra. Dependence or attachment can create complications and interfere with the integrity of the work.
Clients are welcome to discuss their situation to see what is possible.
Your boundaries, consent, and choice are central. You may pause, redirect, or stop at any time. Emotional and nervous system safety are prioritised, with practices paced for comfort and integration.
Every experience is unique and may include:
This work unfolds responsively, at your pace. Sessions that are conversational are typically one hour. Body-based or experiential sessions are ninety to one hundred twenty minutes to allow the process to unfold fully without feeling rushed.
This work is spiritual, not dogmatic. Practices draw inspiration from Kaula Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, and Advaita Vedanta, but are adapted to meet your personal process. The focus is on presence, embodiment, and what is alive for you rather than doctrine or belief.
No. I do not position myself as a tantrika, guru, or teacher. I am a student of this path, sharing what I have embodied through my work. The focus is on meeting you in presence, awareness, and honesty, supporting your own unfolding. Devotion is offered to the path, but enlightenment or mastery is not claimed.
This work is not primarily aimed at addressing trauma. However, emotional patterns, past hurts, and deeper layers of experience can naturally arise, especially in more embodied practices such as de-armouring.
If trauma is more intense or overwhelming, I may recommend beginning with somatic experiencing or other trauma focused work. This helps build the nervous system capacity needed to safely engage with deeper layers.
Tantric work can open powerful aspects of the body and psyche, so readiness, self regulation, and the ability to stay present with your experience are essential.
You begin by noticing the call within. Reach out to explore sessions, workshops, or guided experiences. The first step is simply saying yes to yourself and your own aliveness.
